All Nations Church

Xceed Media partnered with All Nations Assemblies of God in Round Rock, Texas, to modernize the church’s entire audio, video, and production environment by transitioning its aging analog infrastructure into a fully integrated digital workflow.

 

The audio system was rebuilt around an Allen & Heath GLD-80 digital mixing console, paired with a digital stage box and expansion units to support the church’s musicians, vocalists, and production needs. To improve the worship experience, we upgraded the main sound system with flown full-range loudspeakers and subwoofers, delivering greater clarity, consistent coverage, and powerful low-frequency performance throughout the sanctuary.

 

The visual production system also received a complete upgrade. We installed new projector screens to enhance the presentation experience for the congregation and introduced ProPresenter as the church’s primary platform for lyrics, Bible scriptures, announcements, and media playback. For video production, we implemented vMix for multi-camera switching and live streaming and installed a Blackmagic Studio Camera to significantly improve broadcast image quality for both in-person and online audiences.

 

In addition to the new technology, we organized and optimized the church’s production systems, creating efficient workflows that made daily operation more intuitive for volunteers. We also provided comprehensive hands-on training for the worship and media teams, covering digital audio mixing, presentation software, live video production, editing, camera operation, and production best practices.
