Spirit of Life Church

Xceed Media partnered with Spirit of Life Church in Austin, Texas, to modernize its worship and production technology by replacing aging equipment with a reliable, easy-to-operate digital AV system.

The centerpiece of the upgrade was the installation of a new Allen & Heath Qu-5 digital mixing console, replacing the church’s outdated analog soundboard. This transition provided greater flexibility, improved audio quality, and a streamlined workflow for the worship and production teams.

To enhance the church’s presentation capabilities, we upgraded the media computer and implemented the latest version of ProPresenter for lyrics, Bible scriptures, announcements, and multimedia playback across a multi-screen display system. We also installed two confidence monitors at the rear of the sanctuary, allowing pastors, musicians, and stage presenters to clearly view lyrics, scripture, presentation notes, and production cues without disrupting the congregation’s experience.

The project also included the installation of an upgraded camera for live streaming, enabling the church to reach members who could not attend in person. A dedicated equipment rack was installed to organize power distribution and house the church’s wireless microphone systems, creating a cleaner, more reliable, and easier-to-maintain production environment.

To ensure long-term success, we provided hands-on training for the church’s worship and production volunteers, covering operation of the new digital audio console, ProPresenter workflows, live streaming, and production best practices. By combining modern technology with practical training, Xceed Media equipped Spirit of Life Church with a dependable production system designed to support its ministry for years to come.
